"Transform JAR projects into EXE executables"
Jar2Exe is a tool to get you to open a JAR file the same way you do with any other Windows executable file, i.e. in EXE format.
To open a RAR file is necessary to perform a series of steps such as writing a command, but with this program will not be necessary because it converts them into EXE files that you can run simply by double-clicking on the icon of the program.
It works in most cases and saves you from taking this series of more expert steps to open JAVA programs. If you have no idea or want to get into complications, convert them to EXE and you can open them without problems.
